Impro Theatre had 300+ videos on their Vimeo but no easy way to search and find those videos. With the database and new uploader, Impro Theatre is able to search via criteria like show name, date, and description. As well, any future video uploads are automatically categorized in the database.
A simple Google Form is used to intake videos
Custom Google Script code is used to organize the information about the video
Zapier is used as a middle man to upload videos to Vimeo
An automated message is sent to specified users with information about the uploaded video
