AriseDaily.io had to handle hundreds of clients with a small team. By creating a custom Airtable dashboard with loads of automated features such as task creation and messaging, the team was able to handle the workload and future proof that work.
The dashboard works off of an array of unique databases in Airtable to automate messages and tasks
Each project is based on specific criteria determined by the team and tasks are automated based on the project type
Messages like unique emails based on information in the client dashboard and the project information are sent automatically
Documents and invoices are also automatically generated based on information provided in the Airtable dashboard
